What this website is
An introduction to Winter Family Collective and the companies it owns. Nothing on it is an offer to buy or sell securities, an offer of investment, or advice of any kind — financial, legal, tax or otherwise.
The operating companies
Each company named here is independently managed with its own brand, leadership and contracts. Winter Family Collective is their owner, not their agent. Client work, service agreements and liabilities sit with the operating company, and inquiries about that work should go to it directly.
Accuracy
We keep this site accurate and current, and we correct mistakes when we find them or when they are pointed out. Company details, dates and descriptions may change without the page being updated the same day. If a figure matters to a decision you are making, ask us and we will confirm it in writing.
Papers
The papers published here are our own views, offered freely and without warranty. They describe how we think about long-term ownership; they are not a recommendation to act, and they are not a substitute for your own advisors.
What you send us
Please do not send confidential information through the contact form beyond what is needed to start a conversation. If you tell us about a business you may sell, we handle it as described in our privacy policy — but a web form is not a secure channel, and for anything sensitive we would rather speak first.
Unsolicited business proposals are read but create no obligation and no confidentiality on our part unless we have agreed to one in writing.
Intellectual property
The Winter Family Collective name, the umbrella mark, the WFC monogram, the design of this site and the text of the papers belong to Winter Family Collective. Quote us with attribution; please do not reproduce the marks or republish the papers in full without asking.
